Full approval of dimensions, tolerance limits, CMYK or spot ink swatches, surface finishes (aqueous coating, UV, lamination), batch quantities, and delivery milestones.
Mass Production & Automated Corrugation
Approved tooling enters our automated corrugation, multi-color high-speed flexo/offset printing, and computer-guided rotary die-cutting manufacturing lines.
Rigorous Multi-Point Quality Assurance
Samples are drawn continuously across shifts and subjected to calibrated Edge Crush Tests (ECT), Bursting Factor tests, Cobb moisture checks, and dimensional tolerance audits.
Secure Bundling & Nationwide Logistics
Cartons are bundled, shrink-wrapped on standardized pallets with moisture-barrier film, and dispatched through verified logistics carriers across India.
